Description Salary: L7-L14 £60,145 - £71,330 per annum Hours of work: Full time Contract type: Permanent A bit about us Crockerton Primary School is a small, rural primary school, set in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, on the edge of the Longleat estate. We currently have 99 children on roll across four classes, with our site comprising a historic Victorian main building, and a modern new-build. We are a small school with big ideas. Daily collective worship is central to the understanding of spiritual flourishing. All about the role We are looking to build on the excellent legacy of the current headteacher who is moving on to new pastures new. We are looking for someone who will be committed to working collaboratively, with a flexible and inclusive approach, and who will inspire and motivate staff, children, Governors, and the wider school community. Evidence of successful leadership and experience in bring about school improvement will be essential, as are excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to build positive working relationships within our school, local, and church community. The school is committed to its partnership within the Compass Schools Group and our new Headteacher will continue this invaluable relationship.
