Operational Cyber Group is a team of industry‑leading experts in high‑assurance development, research, reverse engineering, and vulnerability research. Role Description
 * Technical delivery: systematically deconstruct technologies and protocols to conduct exploratory research, assessment, and experimental development, including prototypes and simulations.
 * Mentorship & collaboration: work in teams to produce high‑quality reports while training and developing junior team members.
 * Adaptability: assess new domains and technologies quickly, selecting the best tools and methodologies.
 * Security mindset: identify vulnerabilities, prioritise research avenues that deliver the most value, and possess a working knowledge of vulnerability assessment or penetration‑testing techniques.
What we are looking for
 * Familiarity with tools (IDEs, debuggers, source control, Ghidra, FRIDA, Wireshark, VMs) and techniques (fuzzing, scripting, code injection).
 * Intermediate to advanced understanding of computing principles (e.g., stack/heap distinction, compiled/interpreted languages).
 * Proficiency in at least one programming language and the capability to script or prototype quickly.
 * Comfort using and configuring multiple major operating systems.
 * Ease of picking up new languages and technologies.
 * Strong communication skills for technical topics, presenting to diverse audiences.
 * Experience working with teams and leading technical tasks.
 * Desirable: network traffic analysis, reverse engineering, vulnerability analysis, exploit development, modern cryptography knowledge.
