We're looking for a confident, hands-on Finance Manager who's ready to lead a team, drive improvements, and play a key role in shaping the company's financial future.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly and annual financial reports, manage month-end and year-end close, consolidate financial data, and ensure full compliance with accounting standards. Produce reports for both internal stakeholders and external bodies.
* Team Leadership: Lead and support the finance team to ensure smooth operations and strong financial governance.
* Payroll: Oversee payroll by submitting accurate data to the third-party provider, reviewing reports, and approving final submissions.
* ERP: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify system needs and drive ERP improvements.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the CFO in building the annual budget, track performance, and analyse variances.
* Internal Controls: Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and maintain full regulatory compliance.
* Cashflow Management: Oversee daily cashflow, payments, and financial planning.
What We're Looking For
* A recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Proven experience in a finance leadership role.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
* Demonstrated success in delivering financial improvements.
* Experience working in a growing or scaling business.
* Strong ERP experience - ideally with Business Central.
