OBJECTIVE: Lead the design process from concept through to execution, ensuring that they align with the client's brand guidelines, the physical environment, and project requirements.
REPORTING TO: Company Director(s)
PRIMARY TASKS:
· Produce high-quality design layouts and artwork for a wide range of signage projects in a timely manner
· Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, from the initial brief through to production
· Transform design briefs, and brand guidelines into clear, accurate technical drawings
· Create visual presentations for client approvals if required
· Work closely with project managers and production teams
· Exploring creative solutions with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies for unique signage challenges
REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong design skills with experience using design/CAD software (e.g., Illustrator, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or similar)
· A knowledge and working experience of 3D software would be a advantage.
· A solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy
· Great organisational skills to maintain organised drawing files and revision records
· Good communication skills with various stakeholders
· Ability to work independently and prioritise own workload
