Regional Sales Manager – Northern Ireland - £35,000 + Commission + Vehicle
The Job
An ambitious and results‑driven Regional Sales Manager is required to manage and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and farming customers across Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support existing dealers and customers across Northern Ireland
* Build strong relationships to drive engagement, sales performance, and long‑term loyalty
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the livestock and dairy farming industry
* Provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and sales support to customers and partners
* Conduct regular farm and dealer visits to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
* Monitor market activity and competitor trends, providing valuable feedback to management
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with company objectives
* Represent the brand at agricultural events, exhibitions, and trade shows across the region

The Candidate
* Proven experience in field sales, account management, or dealer relationship roles
* Experience or background in dairy farming, agricultural equipment, or engineering‑related products is highly advantageous
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently across a regional territory
* Full UK driving licence
The Package
* Salary £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary DOE
* 1% uncapped commission on all sales (OTE £50,000–£60,000)
* 25 days holiday
* Fully expensed company vehicle (including private use)
* Pension scheme and private medical insurance
