Were looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join our Peripatetic Service at Delacy Gardens, Pontefract. This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.
About the Role
The post is for 21.00 hours per week. Youll work on a 2-week rolling rota, including:
* Evening shifts: 15:00 – 22:00
* Salary 25,583- 25,989 (FTE)
* Weekends and bank holidays (enhanced pay rates apply)

Qualifications and Training
To apply, youll need:
* Essential:
o GCSE Grades D-G in Maths and English or
o Functional Skills Level 1 in Maths and English
* Desirable (but not required):
o Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Dont have the Level 2 qualification? No problem! Well provide full training and fund your qualification after successful completion of your probation period.

Probation
