EYFS Teacher & Lead – Permanent Role

Are you a passionate and motivated Early Years practitioner looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a dynamic EYFS Teacher & Lead to join a friendly and supportive team in a school where children are happy, confident, and love coming to learn.
About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire in the Early Years setting. You will be responsible for:
Delivering a high-quality EYFS curriculum that meets the needs of your cohort
Supporting children to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence for lifelong learning
Promoting engagement in learning and fostering ambition, resilience, teamwork, and respect
Offering enriching, creative, and diverse experiences that broaden children’s horizons
Leading and coaching colleagues within the EYFS team, creating a collaborative culture
Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environmentThis role is ideal for a teacher who wants to have a lasting impact on children’s development, while also taking on a leadership position within the Early Years team.

What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years Foundation Stage
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and statutory requirements
Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and support colleagues
Creativity, flexibility, and a proactive approach to teaching and problem-solving
