📍 Hybrid | Birmingham HQ (4 days on-site, 1 day from home)
💼 Permanent | Up to £36,000 + benefits
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns across paid media, email, CRM, and SEO.
* Manage and grow digital audiences, supporting fan engagement and commercial objectives.
* Lead on CRM strategy and database optimisation to improve targeting and insights.
* Monitor campaign performance and ROI, using data to shape future activity.
* Collaborate across marketing, commercial, and content teams — plus external agencies.
* Contribute to digital innovation by evaluating emerging tools and technologies.
👤 What We’re Looking For:
* 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role (sports, gaming, or e-commerce experience ideal).
* Hands-on knowledge of CRM, SEO, paid media, and email marketing.
* Strong analytical mindset, with a track record of delivering insight-led results.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* Degree or qualification in marketing/digital marketing (plus relevant certifications a bonus).
💷 Salary, Working Pattern & Perks:
* Up to £36,000 per annum
