Customer Success Manager

25,000- 30,000 (competitive based on experience) + bonus

Description of the role:
* Travel to customer sites across the UK
* Install company hardware where required (tablets, tablet scanners, etc.)
* Configure the business system on-site (users, vehicles, workshops, sites, permissions, setup)
* Deliver hands‑on training to mechanics, workshop managers, office staff, and drivers
* Ensure the customer is fully operational before leaving site
* Provide go‑live day and post support
* Gather feedback and relay it directly to the development team
* Support customers in the first month post‑installation with practical guidance

About you:
* Very confident in face‑to‑face customer environments
* Strong SaaS onboarding experience (can be trained)
* Ability to train end users with varied technical ability
* Problem‑solving mindset
* Not management‑focused - purely delivery‑focused but self managed
* Full UK driving licence (essential due to site travel)
