Responsibilities
* Manage the process and workflow for releasing new content as well as setting up and monitoring LiveOps and A/B tests
* Collaborate with data scientists to strategize new approaches, A/B tests, and improvements for LiveOps and content to maximise long-term effectiveness
* Understand KPIs and the business of games; coordinate with Business Performance to make data-informed decisions that positively impact KPIs
* Work across disciplines within the live environment to move tasks and initiatives forward
* Identify and resolve live game issues; proficiently firefight problems in a live game environment
* Ensure live bugs are identified and followed up on
* Monitor the performance of promotions and events and their impact on retention and revenue
* Create and improve operational specifications and ways of working to guide stakeholders
* Drive quality improvements in operations and support continuous improvement
* Opportunity to expand into Ads Live Operations and/or Customer support management, depending on business needs and candidate expertise
Qualifications / Skills
* Independent and driven leader for aligning goals, people, and execution
* Experience on a live team for one or more free-to-play mobile games
* Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making
* Extremely high attention to detail
* Proficiency with tools and systems for setting up and managing LiveOps
* Experience contributing to development, release, and/or service operations of a game or live digital product
* Ability to foster a positive team culture with open feedback, ownership, and accountability
* Ability to receive feedback openly and adapt leadership style
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
