What Would You Do As Our E-Business Administrator As our E-Business Administrator you would have the opportunity to build on providing excellent customer experience, professional competence and to be part of a dynamic team. Reporting to Internal Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for E-Commerce After Market Sales activities and support in daily operations; switchboard, order processing. Driving the e-commerce improvement and growth strategy and gives you an opportunity to manage day-to-day content related activities in ASSA ABLOY digital channels You would also be responsible for: Support offline and digital marketing campaigns aligned with the Business Plan Update and maintain the online product catalogues including setup of new products and visuals Oversee day to day operations of the e-Store Manage e-commerce marketing campaigns in close co-operation with local and international colleagues. Focus on e-Store adoption by engaging customers Test new features and campaigns before they go live Manage work flow and set priorities for the e-Store Co-ordinate customer, product & price data in the ERP according to the e-Store guidelines Work collaboratively with Management & IT Team regarding e-Store improvements and functionality The Skills And Experience You Need We are looking for someone who has: Competence in MS Word, Excel & Outlook Attention to Detail with the ability to follow through on tasks and manage multiple priorities Ability to communicate at all levels Confidence and polite telephone manner Systematic approach to working Canva isn’t essential, but it can certainly be an advantage Based in Reading, UK It would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working in SAP and processing orders, as well as working in Microsoft CRM 365.
