Property Manager – Manchester (Hybrid) - £35-40k We’re working with a long established, highly regarded independent Property Consultancy who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows: * Working on a hybrid basis, reporting into a Manchester office 3 days per week (with the other 2 days working from home/site) * You’ll bring 2 years previous block management experience, ideally gained within an independent setting (our client is non-corporate, focused on Manchester and would best suit those looking for the same) * Undertaking the full range of block management duties from budget setting to insurance provision, site inspection, contractor management and major works * Overseeing a compact, high quality, long retained and (most importantly) manageable portfolio of local blocks (numbering no more than 500 units), enabling a quality service and providing genuine work/life balance * Excellent Accounting and Administrative support, lightening the administrative load * Genuine career path * Our client is committed to ensuring a sensible workload for its property managers, thereby ensuring you are never overloaded and always able to provide a quality service to valued residents/clients. * Professional qualifications (TPI) are not essential and can be supported in post for those keen to obtain them The suitable Property Manager will come from a stable career background and live in or close to Manchester.
