They are responsible for ensuring Kuehne & Nagel deliver demands within the timeframe required to meet customer expectations and requirements. How you create impact Operate to trained work instructions e.g. ABC Modules/WI Adhere to company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy Picking and packing in both DFC and Main site Operating of Warehouse Management systems (WMS) Escalations and system investigation Loading and unloading of vehicles Booking of transport/couriers, processing returns and missed collections System monitoring and data entry Completing and filing documentation Customer service Use of MHE where required Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents/incidents What we would like you to bring Experience of working to agreed targets PC Literate MHE Licence (where applicable) Understanding of warehouse practices e.g. picking, loading Ability to work individually or as part of a team Highlight/escalate anything not in line with policy and procedure both physically and systemically Reliable and committed to attending work on time Good communication skills Ability to achieve high level of accuracy High attention to detail What's in it for you As well as our competitive pay rates and superb training opportunities, we also offer a great working environment.
