* As DeputyManager you will be working closely with the Practice Manager to lead and develop a large support team
* This Practice is an Advanced Oral Health Centre having recently grown to 17 surgeries
* The Practice offers a range of NHS and Private treatments including Implants, Facial Aesthetics, Teeth Whitening, Smile Makeovers, Invisalign, and many more! With huge potential for you to grow the private revenue even further
* A fantastic practice to grow and develop into a future Practice Manager
* Parking is available

Your future, your role
As a DeputyPractice Manager, you’ll be supporting the Practice Manager with:
* Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
* Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
* Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
* Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
