Our client is a multinational construction company that provide engineering solutions that help construction companies build large building and infrastructure projects. The role is identify projects that the company are able to provide solutions for, to work with the internal engineering team in order to come up with a solution using their large product range of engineering equipment, to come up with a price for the job and then to present the proposal to the contractors in order to win with project. Please note this is a solutions sales role with full support and training provided by managers with in excess of 25 years experience working at the company. You will be given the opportunity to understand the full product range, to research and understand all of the projects the company has worked on throughout the world and be trained in how to come up with solutions and how to sell those to the contractors who have to build the project. The role would suit someone with a degree in construction / civil engineering / quantity surveying/ mechanical engineer or architectural engineering that has a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment. You can also come from a more hands on construction background if you fancy a change to the construction sales side, but again will need a strong desire to succeed. If you have experience in construction sales already then the salary will reflect that
