Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Residential Care Home Manager, or in a managerial role within a care home setting. Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage residents and their families effectively. Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations, CQC standards, and quality assurance processes. Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively. Relevant qualifications, including an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Care Services (or equivalent).
