Hourly Rate: £13.50
Working Hours: 9:30pm – 6:30am. 2x 9-hour shifts per week

Role Overview
As a Night-time Customer Service Assistant, you will provide personalized service to residents, anticipate their needs, offer local information, and handle inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the site and facilities during your shift.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome residents and guests warmly at front of house/reception.
2. Address questions and provide assistance as needed.
3. Maintain cleanliness and high standards in communal areas during the night shift.
4. Ensure respectful use of facilities by residents and guests.
5. Respond to issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
6. Conduct regular patrols of the building, reporting findings.
7. Replenish refreshments and manage stock.
8. Manage parcel storage and access for residents.
9. Serve as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies.
10. Maintain waste areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
* Experienced in delivering premium customer service.
* Proactive in maintaining cleanliness and safety.
* Technologically proficient with relevant systems.
* Culturally aware and able to communicate effectively, preferably multilingual.
* Organized, calm under pressure, adaptable, creative, and positive.
* Resilient and capable of handling unexpected situations.
* Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks, with reasonable adjustments if needed.
* Flexible availability, including holidays and special occasions, to ensure continuous resident support.
