Social Network & CRM and Social Media Manager
We are seeking a CRM and Social Media Manager for a luxury tour operator based in central London. The role can be office-based, hybrid, or home-based. Candidates must have experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, preferably for a luxury company. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus a great bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the company's email programme and social media activities
2. Report directly to the Head of Marketing
3. Define and develop organic social media content strategy
4. Monitor and report on KPIs
Required Skills and Experience
1. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, ideally luxury travel
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills
