Product Coordinator
Location: Hybrid - Offices in Glasgow or Edinburgh Home Working
Duration: 12 months (potential extension to 23 months)

An experienced Product Coordinator is required to support the delivery of individual social security benefits and supporting technology platforms within a major public sector Social Security Programme. Working in an Agile environment, you will assist Product Owners and Technical Platform Owners with planning, governance, and delivery support.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain master product plans, RAID logs, resource plans, and progress reports
· Manage Agile documentation: backlogs, test scripts, reports, and more
· Support governance, audit, and assurance activities
· Apply programme and project management best practices (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2)
· Provide planning, reporting, and coordination support to product/platform owners
· Secretariat duties for meetings: prepare papers, log actions, track outcomes
Essential Skills & Experience
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce structured, accurate written and numerical content
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience in project governance using Agile and/or PRINCE2 methodologies
· Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
A valid Basic Disclosure Scotland Certificate is required. Candidates must meet Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) prior to starting.
Additional Information
· Travel: Occasional travel between Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Dundee (public transport costs covered)
· Hours: 35 hours/week (Mon-Fri, excluding breaks)
