We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Regional Marketing Assistant to support the Senior Regional Marketing Manager and wider marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about building a career in marketing – particularly within the New Build sector – and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide daily administrative and organisational support to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, including diary coordination, meeting arrangements, visits, and minute-taking.
2. Manage invoice coding, upload information accurately to trackers, and maintain general administrative systems.
3. Conduct accuracy checks on marketing literature, digital assets, and regional marketing materials to ensure they meet brand and strategic standards.
4. Maintain and update the regional digital asset management system.
5. Take marketing briefs and liaise with external suppliers for artwork, content, print, and other marketing requirements.
6. Set up and manage print runs, securing approval from the Senior Regional Marketing Manager when needed.
7. Monitor and maintain stock levels of marketing materials, including storage audits and reordering.
8. Review social media content schedules, ensuring accuracy and coordinating the collection of onsite assets.
9. Keep the company intranet updated with approved events, press releases, and relevant regional marketing information.

Qualifications & Requirements
16. Maths and English qualifications.
17. A genuine interest in the new-build housing sector and/or a passion for building a marketing career.
18. Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
19. Ability to work from the office full-time.
