Domestic Energy Assessor

This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months.
As an Domestic Energy Assessor, you will be expected to:
1. Be a key member of the Asset Management team, the post holder will be responsible for carrying out energy related property surveys to inform decisions around retrofit works.
2. Be responsible for onsite validation of all energy related data.
3. Assist the Energy & Sustainability Manager with funding bids for retrofit programmes to improve the energy performance of the Groups portfolio.
4. Commit to the CIH 7 Professional Standards of Conduct in your day-to-day activities.
