Our Wealth and Personal Banking division supports millions globally, providing products and services including current accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, savings, investments, insurance, and wealth management. We also cater to high net worth clients with specialised relationship managers.
HSBC Insurance UK manages the manufacturing, sourcing, and supply of insurance products for HSBC UK, first direct, M&S Bank, and Commercial Banking, including external distribution under various brands.
The role of Sales Support Manager is to assist HSBC Life Investment Bond Business Development Managers in achieving new business targets. Responsibilities include supporting advisers through the application process, handling queries, onboarding new distributors, and managing existing ones. This role complies with the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD), requiring annual continuous professional development (CPD).

Key responsibilities include:
* Managing communications with distributors to meet objectives
* Supporting business change through effective communication and relationship-building

Requirements for success:
* Experience in insurance or financial services; investment knowledge is a plus

* Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to analyze queries and provide timely solutions
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bristol or Whiteley.
