This is not a traditional marketing role. It is an opportunity to create a high-performance content and revenue engine around a founder-led business turning attention into demand, and demand into measurable revenue at scale. You will take full ownership of the Joseph Valente personal brand and the Valente Consulting growth engine, working directly with the Founder & CEO. In this role, you will position Joseph Valente as a leading voice in UK business, delivering consistent, high-impact messaging across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. You will oversee a high-output content operation, producing daily short-form and weekly long-form content, as well as ongoing podcast and brand series. This involves building repeatable formats, strong hooks, and clear storytelling frameworks. Beyond content, your focus will be on commercial performance.
