We’re looking for an audience led, collaborative Experience Development Delivery Partner to work with teams across the Midlands & East of England to design and deliver relevant and inclusive experiences that reach and inspire more people across our places and beyond. This role plays a vital part in shaping, delivering and scaling engaging experiences that grow audiences, remove barriers to access and create lasting public benefit. You will join a Growth Specialist Delivery Team however you’ll work with regional and national colleagues to deliver all our strategy goals. This role can be based in any of our regional hubs/properties. What it's like to work here You’ll be part of the Trust’s internal Specialist Delivery Team: a flexible resource of specialist skills and expertise. As one of a multidisciplinary team of experts, including curators, fundraisers and Community, Volunteering & Participation Delivery Partners, you’ll be working with others to help make things happen. As this role covers the Midlands & East of England region, your contractual place of work will be the nearest National Trust consultancy office / property to your home. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week. What you'll be doing You'll lead, define, and elevate experiences, standards, and propositions across our places—driving sustainable growth in visitor numbers, reaching new audiences, and strengthening membership value. You will be a champion of people and communities; ensuring the experiences we create deliver benefit for people and for place. You’ll be experienced in audience research and insight, using learning and data to inform decisions and influence change. We’re looking for someone with an understanding of the experiences sector and particularly within culture and heritage settings. You must be comfortable collaborating with partners in and outside of the National Trust and with working dynamically in a changing context as we change how we work to deliver the National Trust’s strategy to 2035.
