What You'll Be Doing
Be a Strategic Partner
* Build strong relationships with senior leaders across Europe, providing insight, challenge, and guidance.
* Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence business decisions.
Lead Financial Modelling & Insights
* Develop robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
* Design and evaluate incentive and bonus structures, delivering scenario analysis and cost impact assessments.
Own Incentive Compensation End-to-End
* Take full ownership of the commission and bonus process across the European region.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through validation, audit, and review.
* Partner with leadership to review trends, performance alignment, and payment outcomes.
* Resolve complex queries and create innovative solutions for non-standard scenarios.
Drive Systems & Process Excellence
* Play a key role in enhancing and maintaining incentive compensation systems and tools.
* Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with IT/vendors, and continuously improve processes.
* Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and fit for scale.
Shape Planning & Forecasting
* Support the delivery of the European annual operating plan.
* Provide forward-looking analysis and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
Deliver Insightful Reporting
* Create high-impact dashboards and reports that bring clarity to business performance.
* Analyse trends, KPIs, and variances, providing meaningful commentary and forward-looking insight.
* Partner with finance teams across regions to understand performance drivers and improve data quality.
