Job Title: Behaviour Support
Protocol Education, a market-leading supply agency, is seeking passionate individuals to support educational development in schools. No prior experience is necessary, but experience in education or childcare is advantageous.
Role Overview: The Behaviour Support role involves working alongside faculty to support students' educational growth, either in groups or on a 1-1 basis. Responsibilities include assisting with daily classroom operations and liaising with teachers to meet student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with teachers to implement educational plans.
2. Assist students in accessing and understanding the curriculum.
3. Monitor pupils' behaviour and welfare throughout the day.
4. Ensure all students have equal opportunities.
5. Maintain vigilance in safeguarding.
The ideal candidate is eager to grow as an educator, with excellent communication skills, patience, positivity, and a passion for inspiring change. You must be 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK.

Pay rates include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later.
