EDiscovery Project Manager
An international law firm with a strong global footprint is seeking a skilled eDiscovery Project Manager to join its established legal technology function. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters across multiple jurisdictions, supporting lawyers and clients with sophisticated data and disclosure challenges.
The Role
You will take ownership of eDiscovery matters from initial scoping through to final production, acting as a central point of coordination between legal teams, clients, and technical specialists. The role combines project management, technical expertise, and strategic advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain ESI and litigation data in line with legal and best practice requirements
* Support and deliver eDisclosure projects, including oversight of review platforms and databases
* Ensure compliance with document preservation obligations across matters
* Work closely with lawyers, IT, and other teams to optimise use of litigation technology
* Provide technical support and guidance on disclosure tools and processes
* Contribute to training initiatives and continuous improvement of workflows
* Lead end-to-end disclosure projects, including data collection, review, and production
* Oversee technical setup, workflows, and use of analytics or AI tools to improve efficiency
* Act as a key contact for stakeholders on data-related and technical aspects
* Support review teams and contribute to delivery of high-quality, timely outputs
About You
* Experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology
* Strong understanding of disclosure processes and relevant tools (e.g. Relativity or similar)
* Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
* Practical, solutions-focused approach
