Job Description:
The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing HR technology solutions, ensuring system integrations, data integrity, and compliance.
* Collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
* Managing platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
* Ensuring effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
* Proven experience with HRIS implementation and management.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
* Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management (advantageous).
* 10+ years of relevant experience.
