We are recruiting a Primary SEMH & Wellbeing Lead for a supportive inner-city primary school.
This role focuses on emotional regulation, behaviour support, and pastoral intervention.
The Role:
Work 1:1 with pupils with SEMH needs
Deliver emotional literacy and wellbeing sessions
Support behaviour plans and de-escalation
Liaise with SENCO and families
Provide in-class behaviour support when needed
