Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the Rehabilitation Team with administrative services at Sussex Rehabilitation Centre. This is a full-time Band 3 role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The centre provides specialized care for neurological impairments such as stroke, traumatic brain injury and multiple sclerosis, and offers prosthetic and orthotic services, including custom limb production and maintenance, plus a specialist occupational therapy service for wheelchair assessment and prescription.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for all patients entering the centre.
* Cover reception and administration tasks, handling patient information sensitively.
* Manage in-person, telephone and email enquiries; book appointments and arrange patient transport where needed.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient care is provided to all patients.
