The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to lead and manage all aspects of health, safety, and compliance across our operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing best practice H&S standards throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide health & safety policies and procedures
*
Ensure full compliance with UK health & safety legislation
*
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
*
Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions
*
Deliver H&S training and toolbox talks
*
Maintain up-to-date records and compliance documentation
*
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors
*
Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the business
Requirements
*
NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
(NEBOSH Diploma desirable)
*
Proven experience in a Health & Safety Manager or Senior H&S Advisor role
*
Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation
*
Experience conducting audits and risk assessments
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
