Job Title: HGV Technician
Location: Witham, Essex, CM8
Salary: Up to £49,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + overtime
Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
Shift Pattern - alternate earlies and lates.
WK1: Monday – Friday, 6.00am – 3.00pm
WK2: Monday – Friday, 2.00pm – 11.00pm & alternate Saturday mornings paid at time and half.
Our client is one of the leading suppliers of commercial transport solutions in the UK. They have over 30 years experience in Commercial Vehicle Solutions.
They are currently looking for skilled HGV Technicians to join their depot in Witham, Essex. Applicants must be skilled and experienced at: MOT preparation, repairing, diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining heavy goods vehicles to a high standard.

• Qualified at NVQ level 3 or equivalent (heavy vehicles) – our client will also consider NVQ Level 2 or IRTEC
• Experienced and able to undertake all aspects of heavy vehicle maintenance and repair to a high standard.
• Have a high regard to producing quality workmanship.
• Be able to work in a high paced environment.
• Own tool kit.
• Able to write up job cards concisely.
• Current car driving licence (HGV & PSV desirable but not essential).
• IRTEC qualification but not essential.
