Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead formulation and development of globally compliant SPF products
2. Oversee scale-up and manufacturing processes for sun care ranges
3. Represent technical expertise in customer meetings and presentations
4. Manage and mentor team members, fostering growth and collaboration
5. Drive innovation through new materials and testing protocols
6. Maintain and develop in vitro SPF testing methods using Labsphere equipment
7. Ensure seamless technical transfer to production teams
Candidate Requirements:
8. Extensive experience in SPF formulation and sun care development
9. Deep understanding of global SPF regulations and compliance
10. Skilled in scale-up and large-scale manufacturing processes
