We operate twice daily deliveries from our distribution centres across Monday to Friday and on a Saturday morning, and our local teams are supported by a centralised function team, primarily from our Head Office in Runcorn. Role responsibilities
* Act as a link between the supervisors and warehouse staff providing immediate hands-on leadership and supervision ensuring maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.
* Coordinate, prioritise and delegate warehouse activities in order to ensure that depot service level requirements are met at all times.
* Effective management and control of productivity within the warehouse team, to ensure the achievement of contractual and internal KPI's.
* Control all aspects of staff operations within the depot to ensure all duties are carried out as required and encourage high standards of work from each employee.
Training and Support
You will receive a comprehensive induction from the Learning and Development Facilitators.
