We are supporting a welcoming primary school seeking a confident TA with solid experience across Years 4, 5 and 6, who can immediately add value in upper KS2 classrooms.

About the Role
* Supporting teaching and learning across Years 4–6
* Delivering small‑group and 1:1 interventions
* Providing structured support in reading, writing, maths, and SPaG
* Assisting with Year 6 SATs preparation
* Helping pupils who are working below age‑related expectations
* Supporting behaviour management using consistent strategies
* General classroom duties including resources, displays, and pastoral support

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* 12+ months’ experience in KS2, ideally in Y4–Y6
* Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
* Confidence delivering academic interventions independently
* Excellent behaviour management skills
* A positive, proactive, and resilient attitude
* Experience supporting SEN pupils is advantageous

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
