Hours: 5 hours per week, to be used on a Thursday or Saturday.
Rate of pay: £14.10 per hour

Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, patient, and understanding support to help develop independence and confidence.
* Assist with everyday skills, such as going to the shop, meeting new people, and feeling more confident when out in the community.
* Encourage the individual at their own pace, help try new things, and support growth in confidence while respecting who they are.
* Be a positive influence with a good sense of humour and an interest in the person’s hobbies.
Qualifications and person specification
* Ability to be patient, supportive, and understanding.
* Interest in the person’s hobbies (Dragon Ball Z, Godzilla, making TikTok videos, Newcastle Eagles basketball) is a plus.
* Respectful, empathetic, and able to adapt to the individual’s pace and preferences.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
