Were hiring a Business Development Manager on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing commercial cleaning company. With nearly 500 clients across Southern England, theyre now scaling further and need a confident, energetic sales professional to lead the charge.
Whats the role?This is a field-based, new business role where your mission is to drive growth. Youll be supported by a strong operations team, but this role is all about building new relationships, creating solutions, and closing deals.
Your focus will include:
* Identifying and targeting potential clients
* Booking and attending on-site meetings
* Quoting and presenting tailored service packages
* Handling negotiations and closing the deal
* Collaborating with the ops team for seamless service setup
What you bring
* 1+ year in B2B sales (field-based preferred)
* Confidence in managing the full sales cycle
* Experience in cleaning/FM sector? Thats a bonus
* A track record of high-value sales performance (£1.5M+ annually)
* Strong communication and commercial acumen
* A full UK driving licence
