Role Overview
The postholder should have excellent IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word. Excellent typing skills are essential. A knowledge of Sage and experience of a finance-based role in an office environment would be desirable. AAT qualification desirable but not essential.
Administrative Tasks
General office duties including tasks, such as photocopying, printing and sorting/filing, answering the phone.
Input manufacturing labour hours onto the reporting database.
Payroll for approximately 50 employees using Sage.
Balance and manage petty cash and receipts, then entering onto Excel.
Arrange site crew expenses and making hotel bookings. Account for the expenditure on completion of the site works using Excel.
Generate operation and maintenance manuals for completed projects using Word.
Scan documents for input into the client's record.
