Nursing Home Management Opportunity

You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of carers and supporting staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care possible. This includes maintaining accurate records, managing budgets, and overseeing quality improvements.
* Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and management of the care team
2. Maintenance of high standards of care and quality
3. Compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements
4. Effective budgeting, staffing, and resource management
5. Driving quality improvements and building a positive reputation
6. Developing strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
7. Delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs)
8. Leading turnaround and change management initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
* Valid NMC Pin and recognised nursing qualification
* Enhanced DBS check
* Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a proven track record
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Desirable: turnaround experience
