We’re now recruiting dedicated Functional Skills teachers to deliver engaging, tailored lessons in Clifton and the surrounding areas. What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality Functional Skills tuition in Maths and/or English to individuals or small groups Adapt lessons to suit each learner’s abilities, needs, and learning style Build learners’ confidence by simplifying key concepts and celebrating progress Provide constructive feedback after every session to support ongoing improvement Follow safeguarding and child protection policies at all times Who You Are Confident in teaching Functional Skills Maths and/or English (Entry Level to Level 2) Experienced in supporting students with SEND and/or SEMH needs Patient, adaptable, and creative in your teaching approach A strong communicator who motivates and inspires learners Up to date with safeguarding training Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS What We Offer Flexible hours to fit around your commitments Competitive pay: £25–£30 per hour The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in your local community Ongoing support and professional development Ready to Apply?
