About the role
Select Wolverhampton has an opportunity available for a motivated and driven Aftersales Manager.
As a Sytner Aftersales Manager, you will lead from the front and inspire colleagues. You will deliver a full Aftersales service to our customers and maximize the profitability of sales of parts, labor hours, MOT, lubricants, tyres, and subcontracted sales.
You will be an integral member of the Management Team and deliver the very best customer service with a clear vision to run an efficient and professional aftersales operation.
This is a full-time role, which may include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
About you
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential, along with strong technical knowledge. You should have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and possess excellent leadership skills to drive a team forward.
You should strive for operational excellence and have a strategic mindset, always ensuring the customer comes first.
Applicants must have management or supervisory experience in an Aftersales department as a minimum requirement.
