We are well established in the social housing sector and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
Gilmartins is looking to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader with additional trades such as lock changing, plumbing, plastering, tiling. The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing. The job requires work and travel across North West London including the areas of Barnet, Wembley, Harrow, Hounslow, Camden, Ealing, Westminster and Hammersmith. We are looking for someone who lives locally and is prepared to travel.
Responsibilities
* Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing.
* Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job.
Requirements
* Full driving license.
* Own tools.
* Time served or qualifications.
* Experience of working in social housing.
* DBS certificate (no more than 3 years ago).

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with call-outs as required once every 4 weeks. On call from Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 1am (£35-£50 per call out).
