7. Ensure accurate preparation and submission of all tax returns and associated documentation.

9. Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on tax implications for various projects and initiatives.
10. Lead and mentor a team to foster professional development and high performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Tax should have:
11. Relevant professional qualifications in Accounting or Taxation (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
12. Proven expertise in managing tax compliance and advisory functions.
13. Strong knowledge of tax regulations, particularly in the Not For Profit sector.
14. Experience in liaising with tax authorities and external advisors.
