Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UK Sales Manager role based in Swansea. The UK Sales Manager will lead and grow sales across the UK, focusing on contractors, specifiers, distributors, and key construction stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding existing accounts, and delivering regular sales forecasts and reports. The role will involve conducting site visits, presenting product solutions and system specifications, and collaborating with technical and operations teams to provide accurate quotations and project support. The UK Sales Manager will also participate in trade events, support marketing initiatives, and monitor competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and business planning.
Qualifications
* Strong Sales Operations and customer-focused Sales experience, ideally within construction products, building materials, or waterproofing systems.
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with contractors, specifiers, distributors, and internal teams.
* Proven Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy and decision-making.
* Business Planning abilities, including territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and development of growth strategies.
* Demonstrated success in field-based sales roles and comfort with regular travel across the UK.
* Knowledge of construction or roofing systems, liquid membranes, or related technologies is highly advantageous.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional colleagues.
* Valid UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK; relevant vocational training or a degree in business, construction, or a related field is beneficial.
