An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Letting Assistant to join our team in Abingdon. Your main responsibility will be marketing properties available to let, handling enquires, conducting viewings and taking applications, looking after the process through to the tenancy starting along with providing administrative support to the rest of the team.

Key responsibilities include
1. Responding to applicant enquiries, qualifying and registering them
2. Conduct viewings
3. Handle all administration relating to property marketing
4. Provide administrative support to others
5. Handle administration for lets including referencing and creating tenancy agreements
6. Receive customers and visitors to the office as first point of contact
7. Liaising with clients providing exceptional customer service at all times
8. Handle move-in appointments
9. Support Property Management when necessary
10. Take responsibility for property compliance

11. Ability to multi-task
12. Good level of spelling and grammar
13. Good communicator, relationship builder
14. Ability to overcome objections
15. 1 year customer service or front of house experience
16. Detail orientated
