Sequence UK Ltd, based in Harrogate, is looking for a full-time Lettings Negotiator. In this role, you will manage both landlord and tenant relationships, arrange property viewings, and negotiate tenancy agreements to ensure excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge in landlord/tenant matters and property management, alongside strong communication skills. Experience in the estate agency field is preferred, and a full UK driving license is beneficial. This position is on-site and requires individuals who are organized and attentive to detail.
