We’re looking for a Multi-skilled Plumber to join our team in South Hampshire on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Based out of Portsmouth, you’ll be working around South Hampshire and surrounding areas. This is a full-time role, working 39 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities
As a Multi-skilled Plumber, you’ll carry out plumbing alterations and maintenance in our properties, including repairs to appliances. You’ll identify, diagnose, and rectify faults, and perform repairs and maintenance, including carpentry and other trades. The role involves some administrative duties and the use of electronic handheld devices.
Requirements
* Plumbing qualification (NVQ or equivalent) with proof available upon interview
* Strong background in a similar role
* Ability to work at heights, handle manual tasks, and lift heavy items
* High mobility, including walking, lifting, and loading/unloading vehicles
* Full, clean driving license held for at least 1 year (subject to checks)
