Day Carer – E20 (Barnet)
We are looking for experienced carers to support an adult female with a tier 3 spinal cord injury. Training is provided, so carers willing to learn new clinical skills are encouraged to apply. This role suits reliable, patient, and compassionate carers.
Responsibilities
* Provide day care support to the client with spinal cord injury.
* Assist with mobility, personal care and daily activities.
* Record care plans and any changes in condition.
* Follow safety and infection control procedures.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work reliably and compassionately.
* Adherence to health and safety protocols.

Schedule
12‑hour day or night shifts. Typically, the client requires care 24 hours a day, and the average shift is 12 hours. Working three shifts per week (36 hours) equates to an average annual income of £26,200 – £28,950.
