Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers.
We serve our customers across a number of different channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us — whether they order in store or online.
While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:
* Lead the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards of the shop
* Drive high performance through recruitment, training, development, and colleague engagement
* Monitor wage controls, waste management, and customer service standards
* Get involved in food preparation and serving customers

About you
If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, extensive experience in delivering excellent customer service, and have worked in a food-on-the-go or retail environment, this could be the role for you.
