We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the CEO, Chair and Director of Governance to work on a hybrid basis, two/three days from our HQ in Coventry and the remainder working remotely from home, Monday to Friday.
This key role provides comprehensive, professional PA support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chair and Director of Governance. Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, other PAs and Team Leaders, the role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth coordination of diaries, meetings, communications and day‑to‑day executive activity across the organisation. We are looking for an organised, proactive and discreet PA with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
* Provide PA support to the CEO, Chair and Governance Director, including diary management, inbox monitoring and travel arrangements
* Deliver effective secretarial support relating to organising meetings, preparing papers, taking minutes and tracking actions
* Produce and maintain a range of documents, including agendas, minutes, reports and presentations
* Coordinate internal and external meetings and support leadership and departmental events
* Handle internal and external enquiries professionally, escalating issues where appropriate
* Support financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices and basic budget monitoring
* Respond to detailed internal/external queries in a professional manner, including those from levy payers, escalating where necessary
* Work collaboratively within the CEO office and with wider corporate teams
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience in a similar PA role, supporting senior managers and/or board members
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and deal confidently with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and SharePoint, with experience in minute taking
* A collaborative team player, able to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation
